Got a nice farm, a car yard, a big gate, and finally a running generator. 4 months in and feeling good!

Respawn Amount: 0.25. This makes it so a single zombie takes 1 week to Respawn, but they'll only respawn somewhere you haven't visited in 3 days. I also raised the amount of zombies that Respawn at once to compensate for the slower rate (from 0.1 to 0.25). This basically just changes how many zombies can Respawn at once.
